How to check points & rewards:
1. Sign in or create an account here
2. After you signed in, click on the “M” icon at the bottom left of the dashboard
3. Once you have clicked on to the “M” icon you will be able to see your points and rewards.
How to redeem:
1. After logging into your account from your dashboard you are able to view your points, click onto “View”.
2. Onto the next page it will show you the reward that you are entitle, click onto “Redeem”.
3. After clicking “Redeem” your reward’s e-voucher code will be revealed. You will also receive an email of your reward’s e-voucher code.
4. Click on the “Apply Code” button for it to automatically appear onto your check out page.
How to refer to a friend:
1. Find your unique link at the bottom of MELISSA PERKS dashboard.
2. Share this code to your friends by copying the link or share it through your social media, so they can claim their first RM20 discount code. Once your friend has clicked onto your unique link your friend will be prompted with a pop up on the bottom left corner of www.melissa.my homepage. Your friend will then have to fill in their email address to claim their RM20 e-voucher.
3. After submitted their email address, their RM20 e-voucher code will be revealed right at the dashboard. They will also receive an email with their RM20 e-voucher code.
4. Click on the “Apply Code” button for it to automatically appear on their check out page.
5. Once your friend has successfully made a purchase with their unique RM20 e-voucher code, you will than receive an email with your RM20 e-voucher code.
Please check your inbox for an email titled “Your friend used your referral!”.
How to update your Birth date:
1. From the dashboard click onto “ways to earn”.
2. After that you will be able to see all the ways to earn points, under “Celebrate a birthday” click onto “Edit Date”
3. On the next page you will be able to input your Birthday date.
